Insomnia

Like my roommate, she plays with her phone until she falls asleep. Or, we talk until we feel tired and drift to sleep. We both share insomnia, sometimes, when we aren’t too tired. Does this happen to you too? When I was traveling alone to Korea, I slept deeply and soundly. This is probably due to my good mood, tons of walking, a companion to talk to after a day alone, and of course a cozy room at my host’s house. If you answered yes to the question above, here are my suggestions:

1.Call someone who isn’t asleep and talk to him/her
2.Write down what’s bothering you
3.Cry

Maybe all you need is to cry out loud to feel better, to sleep better. I find it works the best. Have a good night and sleep tight, my friend.

失眠

我的室友經常在睡前不停地玩手機,但有時候我們會聊天聊到累了才一起睡。其實我們倆都有輕微的失眠症。那你經歷過失眠嗎?我記得在韓國的背包旅行,我每天晚上都睡得非常地香。這可能是因為我心情好,加上走了一整天的路,而且每當我回到家都會和我寄宿家人一起聊天,當然也少不了溫暖且舒適的睡房。如果你也失眠了,那不妨聽一聽我的建議:

1。打給還沒睡的朋友聊天

2。把煩惱給通通寫下來

3。哭吧

可能你需要的不是安眠藥,而是放肆大哭。對我來說,哭到累了,就睡好了。晚安,祝你睡個好覺。
