Relax! All Problems can be Solved

The semester has started for 2 months already. What come next are our busy lives with presentations and essays. You may need to study and work at the same time; or you may want to achieve a better result; or you may have to do the group project on your own. When you are busy to death, why don’t you take a break? Do exercises, listen to music or watch a movie–anything but your work. You will work more efficiently after relaxing. When facing pressure, remember to tell someone. It can be your friends, family, teacher or even the social worker. All problems can be solved. After talking to others, you will find that the problem is not as big as you thought.

學期開始了兩個月,匯報和論文接踵而來,又再踏入忙碌的生活。可能是要兼顧學業和兼職,可能是要追回上學期未如理想的成績,可能是要獨力撐起整個匯報,同學的壓力總隨着死期逼近而直線上升。當忙得喘不過氣來時,不妨試試暫時放下手頭的工作,做做運動,聽聽音樂,或是看一齣電影,把自己和工作分開一下。放鬆心情後你會發現工作事半功倍。遇到壓力時,切記不要憋在心中,朋友、家人、師長、社工都可以是你的傾訴對象。世上沒有解決不到的問題,和別人傾訴後,你會發現心中的死結沒想像中般難解。
