After the summer holiday, residents trickled back to school. At the beginning of a new academic year, I believe that all of you are energetic and well prepared to continue your study. After studying, doing exercises should also be considered. Many university students are sedentary because of heavy study assignments such as essays and exams. They usually ignore the great physical damage brought from sitting for too long which is far from their imagination. When it comes to exercises, some always say that they are too busy to do them. Actually, we cannot only exercise in the gym, but also in our daily lives if we use the opportunities wisely. For example, we can climb the stairs once every day and skip the lifts. If you feel bored on the way, you can sing and echo along. Also, you can take a relaxing walk in the summer as you wish! SRO is organizing a Fun Walk on 9 September 2015, 5:30PM – 6:30PM. The route starts from Student Residence Office and includes Shek-Kip-Mei Park, Nam Shan Estate and Shek-Kip-Mei Reservoir Playground. Come and meet with new and old friends! Do exercise and relax yourselves! Why not?
