[Cooking Mama Recipe: Rajma Curry]

Ingredients:

  • ½ chopped Onion
  • 1 chopped Tomato
  • 200 grams of boiled Red Kidney Beans – Rajma
  • 1 diced Garlic and few Ginger slices
  • 2 tablespoons of Oil
  • Indian Spices – Haldi, Mirch, Dhaniya, Garam Masala
  • 150 ml water
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter – taste enhancer and Coriander leaves for Garnishing

Recipe:

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of Oil in a hot pan.
  2. Add chopped Onions and Garlic. Sauté till golden brown. (Don’t burn the onions!)
  3. Add the freshly diced
  4. Add Haldi, Salt to taste and fry it for a period of 10 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, add the Rajma, Water and spices like Mirch, Dhaniya and cook for another 5 minutes under medium heat.
  6. Add a pinch of Garam Masala.
  7. Add the butter onto the hot yummy Rajma, and garnish with few Coriander Leaves.
  8. Serve hot with Chawal! Done!

【Cooking Mama 輕鬆煮:蔬菜咖喱】

材料:

  • 半個洋蔥,切碎備用
  • 一個番茄,切碎備用
  • 200克煮熟的紅腰豆
  • 1顆切碎的蒜頭和數塊薑片
  • 2茶匙油
  • 印度香料薑黃粉Haldi、黑胡椒粉Mirch、芫荽粉Dhaniya、混合香辛料Garam Masala各一種
  • 150毫升水
  • 牛油及芫茜葉

做法:

  1. 將2茶匙油倒入平底鑊,煮熱。
  2. 放入切碎的洋蔥和蒜頭,煮至金黃。(洋蔥小心燒焦!)
  3. 加入新鮮切碎的番茄。
  4. 加入薑黃粉和鹽調味,烹調十分鐘。
  5. 煮好後,加入紅腰豆、水、黑胡椒粉和芫荽粉,再以中火烹調五分鐘。
  6. 加入適量混合香辛料Garam Masala
  7. 為美味的紅腰豆中加入牛油,撒上芫茜葉。
  8. 完成!此咖喱與印度香飯特別相配,熱辣辣上菜尤其好吃。
