[Cooking Mama Recipe: Kimchi Pancake]

  • Kimchi
  • Kimchi juice
  • Onion
  • Salt, sugar, flour, vegetable oil



  1. Place the chopped kimchi, Kimchi juice, chopped onion in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, sugar, flour, and water into a bowl. Mix well.
  3. Heat the pan with oil.
  4. Place the dough on the pan and fry them like frying pancake.
  5. Done!

  • 泡菜
  • 泡菜醬汁
  • 洋蔥
  • 鹽、糖、麵粉、植物油


  1. 將泡菜、泡菜醬汁及切碎的洋蔥放入碗中。
  2. 加鹽、糖、麵粉,將所有材料攪拌好。
  3. 用油將鑊加熱。
  4. 將攪拌好的所有材料放入鑊中,以煮煎餅一樣的方式去煎烹。
  5. 完成!
