[Cooking Mama Recipe: Ma Poh To Fu]

Ingredients:

  • Oil
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • To Fu
  • Minced beef
  • Chili paste
  • Oyster sauce
  • Salt
  • Starch
  • 1 cup of water

Recipe:

  1. Heat up the pan with Fry with garlic and ginger.
  2. Add minced beef. Fry until cooked.
  3. Add seasoning (salt, chili paste, oyster sauce) and stir well.
  4. Add a cup of water and stir until boiled. Taste.
  5. Add tofu. Mix well and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Add starch and stir well until it is thickened.
  7. Done!

材料:

  • 豆腐
  • 免治牛肉
  • 豆瓣醬
  • 蠔油
  • 生粉
  • 一杯水

做法:

  1. 將鑊預熱,下,炒香。
  2. 加入免治牛肉,煮熟。
  3. 加入鹽、豆瓣醬和蠔油,攪拌好。
  4. 加入一杯水,煮至水滾。試味。
  5. 加入豆腐,與其他材料一起煮三分鐘。
  6. 加入生粉,煮至醬汁黏稠。
  7. 完成!
