[Cooking Mama Recipe: Nasi Goreng (Indonesian Fried Rice)]

Ingredients:

  • 1 Bowl of Rice
  • 1 Tablespoon of garlic
  • 1 Tablespoon of shallot
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Sausages (chopped)
  • Chicken
  • Vegetables
  • Sweet Soy Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Chilli

Recipe:

  1. Heat 1 table spoon of Oil in the pan.
  2. Cook the Chicken and put aside.
  3. Cook the Egg (scrambled) and put aside.
  4. Cook the chopped Sausages and put aside.
  5. Stir fry the Garlic, Shallot and Chilli
  6. Add shredded Chicken, Eggs, and Sausages, mix well.
  7. Add the Rice and stir.
  8. Season with Salt and Pepper and add 1 table spoon of Sweet Soy Sauce. Done!

材料:

  • 一碗飯
  • 一湯匙蒜頭
  • 一湯匙紅蔥頭
  • 一隻雞蛋
  • 兩根切碎的香腸
  • 雞肉
  • 蔬菜
  • 甜豉油
  • 鹽及胡椒粉
  • 辣椒

做法:

  1. 熱鍋下
  2. 雞肉炒好,撈起備用。
  3. ,撈起備用。
  4. 香腸片炒好,撈起備用。
  5. 爆香蒜頭、紅蔥頭、辣椒
  6. 加入雞肉、炒蛋香腸片一起炒。
  7. 加入飯,攪拌好。
  8. 胡椒,加入一湯匙甜豉油。完成!
