Born and raised in India, I thought a cactus in my garden gave birth to me until I was 8 years old. Sounds rather odd, but I had good reason- an imagination that was on the wilder side and a family among the wildest ones! My imagination and my family soon became my reasons to write: I began writing to appease the former and to please the latter. Over several years of writing, I came to learn that the fruit of one’s thoughts is most beautiful if one nurtures it with the nectar of passion- a lesson that is now my guiding mantra in everything I do. Simply because passion sets one apart, and passion creates a spark; a spark in and around oneself- a spark that will someday start a fire that reshapes the world.
